This role is responsible for advanced troubleshooting, network architecture, and system integration across operational technology (OT) and IT systems. This position is ideal for candidates with strong experience in container terminals, Kalmar equipment, RTLS systems, and automation environments. Key Responsibilities Lead troubleshooting of complex issues across terminal systems, OCR, and CHE integrations Design and optimize network infrastructure (VLANs, redundancy, wireless, fiber backbones) Perform advanced diagnostics using packet capture and monitoring tools Lead system integration across field devices, networks, and backend platforms Act as escalation point for junior engineers Collaborate with vendors and terminal stakeholders Support deployments, upgrades, and system improvements Required Qualifications Strong networking knowledge (TCP/IP, routing, switching, VLANs, VPNs) Experience configuring and troubleshooting network infrastructure Experience with Windows and Linux systems Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills Excellent communication and documentation skills Valid Drivers License Clean Background Check Willingness to perform on-call duties and shift work Preferred Experience TWIC card is considered an asset.
