Position Description You will serve as CLR - Exodus Chief Engineer in the
RANGES/TRGTS OPS/INSTRMTN & LABS GROUP
of
NAVAIRWARCENWPNDIV CHINA LAKE.
Position Duties/Responsibilities You will perform hands-on system and network engineering and administration in a Unix (BSD, Solaris, etc), Linux, and Windows environment with Oracle servers and Cisco networking equipment. You will knowledge of real time and post-test data products in the areas of platform data, radar, telemetry, video, audio, Time, Space, Position Information, and modeling and simulation to the design and improvement. You will design and document system architecture. You will oversee all aspects of hardware/network/software development: planning, requirements, system design, detailed design, implementation, testing, information security, and configuration management. You will work with range infrastructure to establish efficient and effective data delivery mechanisms to the warehouse, for both real-time and post-test products.
