Senior Network Operations Support EngineerWith over 20 years as an IT industry leader in the multi-family, high-rise & related markets, we're hiring due to our business growth. We've built our own network platform that runs building IT & technical systems - i.e. security, HVAC, lighting, access control, elevators across high-rise office and multi-family properties. This is a hands-on escalation role with real ownership, not a ticket-queue grind. You'll be working with real people who need real solutions & a steady hand to guide them through their experience.

Qualifications5+ years of customer-facing IT support at a managed services provider or relatedPalo Alto firewall config and troubleshooting - PCNSA/PCNSE preferredCisco switching: STP, port security, ACLs, IOS configSolid TCP/IP fundamentals - OSI, DHCP, DNS, wirelessOkta / SSO administrationCCNA, CCNP or equivalent requiredExperience as a primary escalation point i.e. Tier 3 support for junior engineersBay Area based with reliable transportation for occasional local site visitsWhat you'd be doingOwn support cases end-to-end, interfacing with clients and third-party vendorsServe as the team's primary escalation point for complex network issuesReview and edit Palo Alto firewall rules and Cisco/Cambium configsProvision remote access VPN accounts via OktaAssist network engineers with equipment configuration and deploymentMaintain technical documentation as network environments evolveParticipate in 24x7x365 on-call rotationBenefitsBonuses - discretionary and are subject to company and individual performance.
