ICR has opportunities available for experienced and motivated Cyber Analysts. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Analyze network nodes, personas, and organizations. Perform discovery, vulnerability analysis, and target technology analysis of digital networks and mobile communications. Identify, define, and exploit target communications within global networks. Develop physical, logical, and persona driven network maps. Document and communicate technical discovery results effectively to technical and non-technical user groups. Required Skills and Qualifications Active Top Secret security clearance with current SSBI and SCI access. US Citizenship is required Knowledge of network protocols. Understanding of WAN and LAN architectures. Minimum three (3) years of SIGINT experience specializing in DNI Experience mapping network infrastructures. Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills. Good organization, decision making, as well as verbal and written communication skills. High level of self-initiative and self-motivation with the ability to work under minimal supervision Ability to work effectively in small team settings to solve complex problems Preferred Skills and Qualifications Experience utilizing DNI tools. Ability to accurately read or proficiently program in C++ or Python. Experience with embedded systems. Experience with Wireshark Familiarity with intelligence collection systems.
