Job Description:

As a Voice Network Engineer II, you will enhance your expertise in managing and troubleshooting complex network systems. Your role will involve greater responsibility for implementing network solutions, handling escalated issues, and ensuring robust security protocols. You will work closely with senior engineers and other stakeholders to support the organization's networking needs. As SNCs corporate team, we provide the company and its business areas with strategic direction and business support spanning executive management, finance and accounting, operations, human resources, legal, IT, information security, facilities, spaneting, and communications.Responsibilities:
Monitor, maintain, and support enterprise network infrastructure, includingLAN, WAN, WLAN, SD
‑WAN, and data center networking. Provide advanced support for voice systems, including IP telephony, call routing, SBC administration, and VoIP troubleshooting. Configure and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, and related technologies Troubleshoot complex network and voice issues; perform root‑cause analysis and implement long‑term fixes. Participate in on‑call rotation and respond to escalated incidents. Work with carriers, vendors, and internal teams to resolve service issues and manage upgrades. Assist in network and voice infrastructure projects, including new deployments, migrations, and system modernization. Ensure compliance with security standards, best practices, and change‑control procedures. Maintain accurate documentation of network diagrams, configurations, and support procedures. Recommend improvements to performance, scalability, and reliability of network/voice services.Qualifications You Must Have:
Bachelor's degree in a related field. 2+ years of experience in a related field. Relevant experience can be considered as a substitute for the required educational qualifications. In the absence of a degree, a minimum of 6 years of related experience is required. Higher level relevant degree may substitute for experience. Practical experience with voice systems such as:- Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) and MS Teams
- SIP trunking and Session Border Controllers
- VoIP QoS, RTP/RTCP, call flow analysis A deep understanding of network protocols and services [e.
Qualifications We Prefer:
CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent certification. Experience with cloud voice solutions (Teams Phone, Webex, etc.). Knowledge of SD‑WAN technologies. Experience with network automation or scripting (Python, Ansible). Experience in high‑availability or multi‑site environments.Essential Functions:
Must be able to lift 25 lbs regularly. Work primarily at a computer for extended periods. Frequent use of hand/finger dexterity for computer work. Occasional travel may be required. This posting will be open for application for a minimum of 5 days and may be extended based on business needs.Estimated Starting Salary Range:
$82,039.23- $112,803.
