A-Line Staffing is now hiring a Storage / SSD CVE Test Engineer in Longmont, CO. The CVE Test Engineer would be working for a Fortune 500 company and has career growth potential. This would be full time / 40+ hours per week.

CVE Test Engineer Compensation Pay:

Longmont, CO - This is 100% on-site 5 days a week must be local

Schedule:

M-F 8am-5pm Work with a product validation team testing pre-production SSDs using production servers and ecosystem partner products Experience with SSD or storage products is highly preferred but not required Use industry AI tools as part of the role Storage / SSD CVE Test Engineer Responsibilities Technical Ownership Review and enhance test plans, coverage, and execution to improve effectiveness and efficiency. Recommend and implement enhanced validation methodologies and tools. Requirements & Strategy Maintain expertise in product functionality and relevant industry certifications. Define validation strategies aligned with project scope and delivery timelines. Identify appropriate test equipment and resources. Test Design & Development Design, develop, and maintain automated and manual test cases. Define and execute automation strategies supporting internal test frameworks. Continuously improve validation processes and methodologies. Partner with CVE and product design teams to align test coverage with firmware and hardware architecture. Support shift left initiatives to detect issues earlier in the development cycle. Test Execution & Reporting Prepare SSD and server samples for validation. Execute validation plans and monitor test efficiency. Analyze results, including Pareto and trend analysis. Produce clear, concise validation reports and maintain document revision history. Defect Management Drive root cause analysis and resolution of defects from internal teams, partners, and customers. Ensure reproducible failure documentation with clear traceability. Communicate risk and collaborate across teams to assess results and manage deviations. Storage / SSD CVE Test Engineer Requirements Experience with SSD or storage products highly preferred and will be prioritized Understanding of computers and server systems Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems Ability to set up, unbox, and prepare servers for validation testing Ability to initiate tests, report results, and triage test results Ability to troubleshoot issues and help identify firmware bugs and problems with SSDs Ability to work onsite five days per week in Longmont, CO Storage / SSD CVE Test Engineer Preferred Qualifications Data center experience Familiarity with server hardware and OEM systems such as HP and Lenovo Experience testing SSDs or other storage products Experience working with servers and identifying driver-related issues If you think this Storage / SSD CVE Test Engineer position is a good fit for you, please apply to this posting with Silvana M. with A-Line!
