• Minimum qualifications:
• + Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related field, or equivalent practical experience. + 3 years of experience with network routing protocols, design and troubleshooting, with network equipment providers. + Experience in one or more programming languages such as C++, Go, or Python.
• Preferred qualifications:
• + Experience utilizing SQL and querying complex data structures to retrieve network diagnostics, combined with statistical analysis or AI/ML insights to identify failure trends.

+ Experience with planning and designing large scale networks (e.g., multiple sites, multiple products, etc.). + Experience developing software tools that programmatically analyze and troubleshoot global-scale IP (e.g., routing protocols, control planes) or optical networks (e.g., DWDM, OTN). + Experience in Go programming and working with internal RPC/service frameworks, databases, and large-scale data pipelines. + Experience creating formal technical requirements and design documents for complex, scalable software applications and services.

• + Drive the quantifiable analysis of measurements, or data and capacity forecast models for making networks more scalable, efficient, and deliver predictable user experience.
