Job Description
Sharp Brains is looking for an experienced Cisco Network Engineer / Smart Hands Technician for an onsite network deployment project in Vail, CO. Key Responsibilities Rack and stack Cisco network equipment. Install and mount network switches, routers, and related hardware. Perform network cabling, patching, and connectivity checks. Connect power, Ethernet, and fiber cables as required. Follow instructions from the remote engineering team. Verify equipment installation and provide completion updates and site photos. Required Skills Hands-on experience with Cisco networking equipment. Previous rack-and-stack experience. Knowledge of Ethernet, fiber, and network cabling. Experience in Smart Hands, Remote Hands, or data center deployments. Ability to work onsite and complete the assigned activities independently. Contract Details 1099 Independent Contractor Onsite, project-based assignment Compensation and schedule to be discussed.
