Job Description A defense organization is seeking an experienced Network Engineer to join its IT team supporting multiple classified networks. This individual will work in a technically diverse environment alongside system and network administrators responsible for installing, maintaining, and supporting COTS products while ensuring network security, reliability, and availability. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Cisco networking technologies, network security, project management, and troubleshooting within secure environments. This role offers the opportunity to work on challenging projects, expand technical expertise, attend ongoing training, and collaborate closely with engineering teams on advanced network solutions and software integrations. Skills and Requirements

• Bachelor of science degree in networking or engineering
• 5+ years experience administering, assembling, testing, troubleshooting and repairing networkequipment (Switches, routers and/or firewalls
• Must have strong communication skills and demonstrated ability to work individually, within a team,with other groups and with customers
• Experience with at least one of the following
• Cisco routing and switching technologies-TACACS, 802. lx, SNMP, Syslog, DNS, DHCP-Network troubleshooting-Masters of science degree in networking or engineering-5+ yrs. of experience with Palo Alto firewalls-5 + yrs. of experience with network access control (NAC
