Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
- Strong experience in SAP ME and SAP MII with deep understanding of manufacturing execution processes.
- Proven expertise in integration of
SAP ME/MII
with SAP ERP modules (PP, EWM).
- Hands-on experience with SAP Plant Connectivity (PCo) and integration with custom applications.
- Solid experience in Plant Floor Application Support across multiple sites (e.g., Wilton, San Diego or similar environments).
- Good understanding of ITIL processes, including Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
- Ability to deliver support services within SLA, ensuring high availability and effective issue resolution.
- Experience working in a support model (L2/L3) with strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
- Involvement in transition and knowledge transfer activities, with ability to understand end-to-end application landscapes.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to interact with customers and ensure seamless support experience.
- Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams for issue resolution and system improvements.
- Ability to align with project and LCM teams to plan and execute application upgrades.
- Experience in evaluating manufacturing requirements and identifying process gaps.
- Strong skills in conducting gap analysis and recommending MES solutions.
- Exposure to evaluating multiple MES products and selecting the best-fit solution.
- Ability to lead MES consultants and drive implementation of scalable manufacturing solutions.
- Experience in preparing functional and technical specification documentation. Roles & Responsibilities

- Need to be involved in Transition plan activities with both Solution and Support teams to understand the complete application landscape
- Interact with customers and make sure high availability of application with on time support
- Coordinate with various support teams and troubleshooting technical problems.
- Coordinate & align with project & LCM (Life Cycle Management) team make sure application upgrades planned & executed well Salary Range $180,000-$220,000 years
