In this role, you will drive the quality and reliability of our Microsoft Dynamics solutions by designing, developing, and executing comprehensive automated testing frameworks. Your energetic approach will ensure seamless system performance, robust integrations, and exceptional user experiences across diverse platforms including mobile applications and web services. Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and enhance automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, and Cucumber to validate MS Dynamics functionalities. Design and execute test plans for system testing, functional testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), performance testing, and regression testing to ensure software meets all quality standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, business analysts, and product managers to understand requirements and translate them into effective test cases and automation strategies. Perform root cause analysis on defects identified during testing phases, troubleshoot issues related to APIs, web services (SOAP/REST), and integrations with third-party systems like Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, or MySQL. Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps (TFS), GitHub/GitLab for continuous integration and delivery workflows. Conduct mobile application testing on Android and iOS platforms utilizing tools like Appium or similar frameworks to ensure high-quality mobile experiences. Maintain comprehensive documentation of test cases, test results, defect reports, and automation scripts; support release management activities ensuring smooth deployment cycles. Skills Proven experience with test automation frameworks including Selenium WebDriver, TestNG, JUnit, Cucumber (software testing tool), and scripting languages like Python or JavaScript. Strong understanding of MS Dynamics 365 architecture along with experience in SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall. Expertise in API testing using RESTful APIs with tools like Postman or SoapUI; proficiency in analyzing API responses and performing data analysis with SQL or PL/SQL on databases like Microsoft SQL Server or Oracle. Knowledge of performance testing tools such as LoadRunner or JMeter; ability to conduct system testing and performance benchmarking for enterprise applications. Familiarity with version control systems including GitHub, GitLab, SVN; experience integrating tests within CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or Azure DevOps. Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to perform root cause analysis on complex issues related to software bugs or system failures. Excellent understanding of mobile testing frameworks for Android and iOS; experience with Appium or similar tools is highly desirable. Ability to analyze business requirements thoroughly; excellent communication skills for collaborating across teams and documenting test procedures clearly.
