Description +

Network Architecture & Administration:

Design, configure, and maintain enterprise LAN/WAN/Wireless infrastructure using Cisco switches/routers, Meraki Dashboard/SD-WAN, and high-performance wireless access points. +

Network Access Control & Perimeter Security:

Manage enterprise firewall platforms (Cisco FTD/FMC, ASA, Checkpoint) and maintain identity-based access control policies via Cisco ISE integrated with Active Directory. +

Cloud & Systems Modernization:

Drive modern infrastructure initiatives, including Active Directory to Microsoft Entra ID migrations, virtualization consolidation (VMware/Proxmox/Hyper-V), and Microsoft 365 tenant management. +

Incident & Problem Management:

Act as a lead escalation point for Tier 2/3 issues and major incidents. Perform root cause analysis (RCA), monitor traffic/logs (Splunk, F5 load balancers), and optimize system reliability across data centers. +

IT Service Operations & Support:

Administer ITSM workflows (ServiceNow) to track, prioritize, and resolve enterprise support requests while managing core network services (DHCP/DNS). +

Project Delivery & Team Leadership:

Lead infrastructure cutovers, site deployments, hardware migrations, and SAN/equipment relocations. Provide technical coaching and operational guidance to junior engineers and technicians. Requirements +

Experience:

8+ years of progressive IT experience with a focus on enterprise network engineering, systems administration, and IT operations support. +

Enterprise Networking:

Proven expertise with Cisco IOS/NX-OS, Cisco ISE, Cisco Prime, Meraki SD-WAN, and F5 Load Balancers. +

Firewall & Security Platforms:

Hands-on experience administering Checkpoint SmartConsole, Cisco FMC/FTD, ASA, and email/web security gateways. +

Identity & Virtualization:

Strong technical proficiency with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Active Directory, M365 Administration, and virtualization platforms (Hyper-V, Proxmox, or VMware). +

Network Protocol & Monitoring:

In-depth knowledge of

DHCP/DNS

enterprise architectures, 802.1X/AAA authentication, VLAN segmentation, and log analysis (Splunk). + ITIL /

ITSM Practices:

Deep understanding of Incident, Problem, and Change Management frameworks using platforms like ServiceNow.
