OnsiteRole OverviewThe Network Engineer (Early Career) supports the installation, configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting of enterprise network infrastructure. This role is ideal for a junior‑level candidate looking to grow hands‑on experience with routing, switching, wireless, and network security in a production environment while working alongside senior engineers.

Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in the configuration, support, and maintenance of LAN, WAN, and wireless networksMonitor network performance and respond to incidents, alerts, and service requestsTroubleshoot connectivity issues related to switches, routers, firewalls, and network devicesSupport network user access, IP addressing, VLANs, and basic routing protocolsAssist with network documentation, diagrams, and asset trackingPerform routine maintenance, patching, and hardware installationsSupport network security controls such as firewall rules, VPNs, and access controlsEscalate complex issues to senior engineers and vendors as neededParticipate in network upgrades, changes, and infrastructure projects
