Top Secret (preferred) or Secret (required) Position Overview ISPA Technology is hiring a Cyber Operations Engineer to support an engineering portfolio centered on

ACAS, ESS

/ SIEM, backup, hyperautomation, and AI-adjacent operational tooling. This role is built for a technically sharp operator-engineer who can move between cybersecurity platforms, sustainment processes, systems integration, and continuous improvement. You will help keep cyber tooling effective, integrated, and supportable—while also strengthening visibility, resilience, and decision quality across the environment. What You Will Do Engineer, administer, and sustain Trellix ESS and related cyber operations capabilities used for event visibility, analysis, and operational response support. Support ACAS or comparable scanning workflows, vulnerability data review, and remediation coordination processes. Contribute to backup, recovery, and data protection processes that support resiliency and operational continuity. Integrate cyber tooling with systems, platform, and automation workflows to improve data quality and operational response. Help develop procedures, dashboards, workflows, or automation that improve cyber monitoring and reduce manual overhead. Document system configurations, maintenance actions, engineering changes, and troubleshooting paths. Technical Environment Trellix ESS or similar SIEM / event management platforms ACAS or vulnerability scanning concepts Cyber operations and monitoring workflows Backup and resiliency engineering Systems integration and automation support Operational documentation and incident support processes Required Qualifications Experience supporting cybersecurity operations tooling in enterprise or mission environments. Working knowledge of SIEM, event aggregation, or cyber monitoring concepts. Experience with vulnerability management or scanning workflows. Ability to analyze technical issues across systems, security tooling, and data flow dependencies. Strong documentation and stakeholder coordination skills. Preferred Qualifications Direct Trellix ESS experience. Familiarity with backup engineering, automation workflows, or analytics-enabled operations.
