PRISM Inc. is seeking a Sr. Juniper Senior Network Engineer to lead the design, optimization, and reliability of our enterprise infrastructure. As a technical authority, you will drive architectural decisions across routing, switching, and security to ensure a resilient, scalable hybrid environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Architecture & Engineering:

Lead the design and evolution of LAN/WAN, data center, and cloud networking (on-prem and hybrid).

Technical Leadership:

Act as the highest escalation point for critical incidents, performing deep root cause analysis and permanent remediation.

Security & Compliance:

Design and enforce network security architectures, including firewall strategy, segmentation, and zero-trust principles.

Mentorship:

Establish engineering standards and provide technical guidance to junior engineers and administrators.

Optimization:

Oversee capacity planning, performance analytics, and technology refresh roadmaps.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

(SKILLS/EDUCATION): 10+ years in IT, with 6-7 years in senior network engineering roles. Expert-level knowledge of Layer 2/3 routing/switching, TCP/IP, VPN, SD-WAN, and firewall platforms. Proven success designing multi-site, hybrid cloud environments. Bachelor's degree in CS, IT, or Engineering (or equivalent hands-on experience). Professional or expert-level Juniper certifications (JNCIP or JNCIE) Prior experience in the Property & Casualty Insurance industry.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
