Tesco Controls is seeking an Automation Engineer to support the development and implementation of control systems for water and wastewater treatment processes. This role involves designing and programming PLC, OIT, and SCADA applications based on engineering drawings and specifications, ensuring accurate and efficient system functionality. The position includes responsibilities for bench and panel testing to validate performance against project requirements, as well as assisting with on-site startup and troubleshooting. This is an excellent opportunity to apply technical expertise in a hands-on, collaborative environment while contributing to critical infrastructure projects. What you'll do: Write PLC and SCADA operating programs based upon control specification and/or Tesco standards to assure safe, reliable and optimal equipment operation
Write (publish) concise operating instructions detailing; control parameters and their effects under normal and failure conditions
Provide technical assistance (phone or job-site) to verify and/or modify
