- Refine, optimize, and validate inventories across 2,500+ monitored devices within enterprise monitoring systems.
- Transition ~350 legacy network maps to modern intelligent topology mapping tools.
- Standardize monitoring and alerting protocols across 250 core infrastructure nodes in an optical/MPLS environment.
- Perform deep-dive reviews of event trap data to filter fiber-break and network event alerts, significantly reducing noise.
- Lead configuration management and monitoring activities to deliver end-to-end operational visibility.
Required Qualifications:
- Hands-on expertise in SolarWinds administration, device onboarding, and health optimization
- Proven experience executing legacy-to-modern network map transitions.
- Deep technical understanding of SNMP traps, event management, and alert noise reduction.
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening.
