Job Description

Responsibilities Support capital projects from concept through execution, including requirements gathering, vendor coordination, and project delivery Provide technical leadership in PLC programming, HMI systems, and automation standards Develop and maintain automation documentation, including electrical diagrams, P&IDs, and control logic Support process data collection, reporting systems, and dashboards Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within scope and budget Troubleshoot and optimize automation systems to improve reliability and performance Mentor team members and support continuous improvement initiatives Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechatronics, Computer Science, or related field preferred) 7-10 years of experience in automation within a manufacturing environment Strong experience with PLC programming (Allen-Bradley preferred) Experience with HMI systems such as FactoryTalk View or Ignition Knowledge of industrial networks (Ethernet/IP) and process historians Experience with electrical controls design and automation systems Ability to read and develop electrical schematics and process diagrams Strong project management and problem-solving skills
