Serve as a trusted advisor for network and collaboration technologies. Support and troubleshoot Cisco Unified Communications environments, including Call Manager and Jabber. Manage Layer 1 and Layer 2 networking, routing, switching, and spanning tree protocols. Maintain firewall policies and network security standards. Support PSTN connectivity, gateway protocols, and enterprise voice solutions. Perform lifecycle management, upgrades, and infrastructure modernization. Requirements of the

Active Secret Security Clearance required. 8+ years of networking and collaboration/UC experience. CCIE Collaboration or CCNP Collaboration certification required.
