Up to $230K base + personal & company performance bonuses + equity A rapidly growing enterprise organization is seeking a highly technical and forward-thinking Data Center Network Architect to help shape the next generation of scalable, AI-ready infrastructure platforms. This is a high-impact architecture role focused on designing and evolving modern data center networks that support private cloud, hybrid cloud, GPU-intensive workloads, and large-scale distributed compute environments. The organization is making significant investments in automation, observability, and next-generation infrastructure, creating an opportunity for an architect who wants to influence strategy while remaining deeply hands-on technically. This role is ideal for someone passionate about building resilient, highly automated, cloud-like infrastructure at scale - particularly within environments supporting AI/ML, high-performance computing, and advanced data center fabrics. What You'll Be Driving Architect large-scale, resilient data center network fabrics optimized for performance, scalability, and automation Designing EVPN/VXLAN-based Layer 2/Layer 3 architectures for multi-tenant cloud-ready environments Leading modernization initiatives around AI infrastructure, GPU networking, and high-bandwidth compute platforms Building highly automated Infrastructure-as-Code driven network environments using technologies such as Python, Terraform, Ansible, and Arista Validated Designs, AVD Developing scalable operational models around telemetry, observability, streaming analytic, and AI-driven operations Partnering cross-functionally with cloud, platform engineering, SRE, and security teams to define long-term infrastructure strategy Influencing technical standards, reference architectures, and best practices across a modern multi-vendor ecosystem Desired Background Deep expertise in large-scale data center networking and routed spine-leaf architectures Strong experience with EVPN/VXLAN and cloud-scale network design Hands-on knowledge of Arista EOS, CloudVision, and automation-first operational models Experience supporting AI/ML, GPU, HPC, or high-throughput compute environments Strong understanding of automation, Infrastructure as Code, and declarative networking principles Background in private cloud, hybrid cloud, Kubernetes/OpenShift, or cloud-native infrastructure is highly valued Why This Opportunity Stands Out Highly visible architecture role with enterprise-level influence Significant investment in AI infrastructure and next-generation data center technologies Opportunity to work on cutting-edge GPU and high-performance networking initiatives Strong executive support for automation and infrastructure modernization Competitive compensation package including bonus and equity Relocation support available for the right individual US work authorization is required for this opportunity.
