PM Shift Flexibility:

May be required to cover 2nd shift approximately 50% of the time, working until 7:00 PM. Start time will be adjusted accordingly. Position Overview We are seeking an experienced SAP EWM Warehouse Engineer to provide engineering support for warehouse operations in Mattoon, IL. The role will focus on defining and improving processes related to receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping. The selected candidate will serve as the resident SAP EWM transactional expert, supporting the training of wage employees and sharing best practices to improve productivity, quality, delivery, safety, and cost. Key Responsibilities Provide engineering support for SAP EWM warehouse operations. Define and optimize processes related to receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping. Serve as the subject matter expert for SAP EWM transactions. Assist in training warehouse employees on systems, processes, and best practices. Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions. Utilize data analytics and visualization skills to identify opportunities for operational improvements. Collaborate with frontline warehouse employees, pack/ship teams, pickers, engineers, and other stakeholders. Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, quality, delivery, safety, and cost. Communicate effectively across all organizational levels. Required Qualifications Strong expertise in SAP, preferably SAP EWM. Experience with root cause analysis and corrective action implementation. Strong data analytics and data visualization skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Strong organizational skills and a team-oriented mindset. Ability to communicate effectively with both frontline employees and engineering teams. Additional Requirements Onsite position in Mattoon, IL. Must be flexible to support 1st and 2nd shift operations as needed. Metatarsal safety boots are required on the first day. Visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future for this position. #
