Role Overview :
The Implementation Analyst supports network deployment projects by acting as the main technical contact for on-site technicians, troubleshooting complex issues, and improving processes through automation and scripting. The role ensures smooth project execution, accurate documentation, and effective issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities :
  • Serve as the primary technical contact during project implementations.
  • Configure and troubleshoot routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless devices.
  • Support WAN circuit turn-ups and network technologies (VLANs, OSPF, BGP, ACLs, VPNs, etc.).
  • Work across vendors such as Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, and Cradlepoint.
  • Develop scripts and automation to improve efficiency.
  • Collaborate with Engineering to maintain runbooks and processes.
  • Act as an escalation point for technical issues.
  • Track issues and maintain project documentation.
  • Support team development through mentorship.
Qualifications :
  • CCNA (or equivalent experience).
  • Fortinet NSE4 (or equivalent).
  • Strong networking fundamentals and troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience with WAN, telecom, or Wi-Fi environments (preferred).
  • Process-driven with good documentation and communication skills.
