Job Description
Summary of Position Assist Network Administrator with product/software implementation and co-ordinate with users for network support. Keep current on new developments in computer technology and will maintain a good working knowledge of all applicable computer systems and software. Network and Application Support 1. Assist in maintenance of applications including, but not limited to, other hardware and software 2. Actively involved in new installation of software locally with software owners 3. Participates in project management of new application implementation and training 4. Create training materials for existing and new applications 5. Works with 3rd Party vendors to troubleshoot network performance and connectivity issues 6. Engage with end-users to solve technical issues and guidance on PCs, network, and phone system 7. Works with outside contractors to assist with duties assigned 8. Recommends upgrades of applications and equipment 9. Other duties as assigned
