Job Description
CTDI is a large-scale Engineering, Repair, and Logistics company that services the country's largest wireless telecommunications providers, as well as the largest High-speed Internet & Cable providers. This role is responsible for all building maintenance, automation equipment maintenance, upgrades, buildouts, and continuous improvement of the facility. 2nd
Shift :
Responsibilities Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Maintenance of mechanical equipment (conveyors, robots, motors, pneumatic devices, control devices, scanners, photo-eyes, etc.). Understanding of equipment operation and basic trouble shooting for equipment controls (PLC, WES, WCS). Maintain daily logs, perform preventative maintenance, conduct daily inspections and routine adjustments as needed to keep the automation equipment in good working order. Respond to emergency maintenance requests. Troubleshoot issues to determine cause and solution. This may require non-shift work. Assist with any automation system installation and retrofits as needed. Support CTDI's sustainability initiatives. Work with all levels of management to define and prioritize workflow. Required Skills 3+ years of experience with building and automation equipment maintenance. Proven ability to diagnose and repair maintenance issues. Working knowledge of commercial electrical systems, control systems, and warehouse equipment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Education High school diploma or equivalent.
