Training:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- 3-5 years of experience in warehousing or a manufacturing/industrial engineering environment (rail, automotive, aerospace, or heavy machinery preferred).

Key Job Elements:
- Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the implementation of standard material management processes for within the warehouse and delivery to production lines.
- Assist with slotting strategies, SKU velocity segmentation, and layout reconfigurations to optimize space utilization, reduce travel distances, and improve order cycle times.
- Conduct or assist with time studies, workflow analysis, and work element breakdowns to quantify tasks, eliminate inefficiencies, and balance workloads.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and waste reduction to lower costs, improve quality, and enhance productivity.
- Support and sustain a continuous process improvement culture within the manufacturing environment.
- Assist in updating production orders to reflect BOM or sequence changes.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing, 5S, Six Sigma, and other process improvement methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to use data-driven approaches.
- Proficiency in industrial engineering tools such as time studies, work measurement, line balancing, and process mapping.
- Experience with CAD tools and manufacturing software is a plus. Key Skills
