Job Description

The Associate Network Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and security. The scope of this work requires a basic understanding of networking protocols, hardware, and software, along with the ability to troubleshoot network issues in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:
Consult with senior engineers to design and implement network solutions that meet business needs and security standards. Maintain routers, switches, firewalls, and other networking equipment while monitoring network performance to quickly identify and resolve issues and minimize downtime. Complete accurate documentation of network configurations, changes, and procedures. Resolve network-related initiatives and issues with cross-functional teams. Work with clients on virtual private network (VPN) installations and troubleshooting. Perform other job duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
Associate or bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience 0 - 2 years related work experience Basic networking understanding
Preferred Qualifications:
Client communications experience Palo Alto firewall knowledge Cisco Systems networking knowledge
