Type:

full-time The CCIE certified Network Architect to deliver advanced network architecture, engineering, and operational support services. This role is expected to function at a strategic design and architecture level while also supporting critical operational needs as required. Support daily network operations to maintain uptime, performance, and operational continuity. Perform L2/L3 troubleshooting across routing, switching, and production Cisco environments (IOS, IOS-XE, IOS-XR). Assist with protocol redistribution, configuration updates, and change management activities. Support patching, upgrades, migrations, and lifecycle operations. Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and provide optimization recommendations. Contribute to security hardening and assist during incident response efforts. Maintain network documentation, including diagrams, SAN mappings, and configuration records. Provide ongoing knowledge transfer to strengthen internal operational capabilities.
