Job Description

Job Summary The Delinea Administrator will serve as the primary technical resource for administering, supporting, and managing Delinea solutions, with a strong focus on Delinea Secret Server. The role will be responsible for production support, configuration, troubleshooting, account discovery scripting, password policies, and continuous improvement initiatives. The administrator will also provide training, develop documentation, and collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure secure, effective, and compliant use of Delinea solutions. Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Delinea-related inquiries, issues, configuration, troubleshooting, and management.
  • Provide expert guidance on the configuration and administration of Delinea products, particularly Delinea Secret Server.
  • Support account discovery scripting and password policy configuration and management.
  • Support production issues and deployment of Delinea solutions.
  • Ensure configurations and customizations meet client requirements and industry best practices.
  • Create and manage policy configurations, policy templates, and password management settings, including password complexity requirements.
  • Monitor and manage the performance and security of Delinea installations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Delinea products.
  • Develop and deliver training sessions and materials for clients and internal teams.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to users of Delinea solutions.
  • Create and maintain documentation covering processes, configurations, and best practices.
  • Identify opportunities to improve the performance, security, and management of Delinea solutions.
  • Provide feedback and recommendations for product enhancements and contribute to internal processes and standards. Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in IT security with a focus on Delinea products.
  • 5+ years of extensive experience with the Delinea product suite, specifically Delinea Secret Server.
  • 8+ years of experience with SQL.
  • Experience with PowerShell.
  • Strong understanding of security best practices and industry standards.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience developing and delivering training and technical documentation.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Preferred Qualifications
  • Relevant Delinea certifications, such as Delinea Administrator certification.
