Job Summary The Controls Engineer has overall responsibility for the testing, installation, and service of all robots and automation equipment. The Controls Engineer reports directly to the Engineering Manager. Travel to customer sites to perform installation of automation systems( as needed (10-20%) Duties - Skills Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Controls Engineering or equivalent experience. 3-5 years of experience in Allen Bradley PLC programming. Experience in HMI programming (SCADA, Tag based programming, Figma) Knowledge of FANUC robot programming, Keyence vision systems, and other automation systems. 3-5 years of experience with safety controller programming Experience in the design of system electrical schematics and electrical panel layouts
