Entry-Level Automated Test Engineer [$179k/yr+]
TS/SCI-FS

Candidates must already possess an active Top Secret/SCI w/ Full Scope Polygraph to be considered.
Summary:
- Design, develop, and automated software tests to ensure application quality and reliability within cloud and CI/CD environments.
- Build and maintain robust test suites using automation frameworks including Selenium and Katalon Studio.
- Collaborate across Agile teams to streamline testing processes, accelerate software releases, and minimize defects.
- Track tasks and test documentation in JIRA and Confluence while supporting scripting and execution on AWS platforms.

Degree:
Technical bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Years of experience: 0+ years
Total Compensation:
$179k+ yearly (tentative)
- Participate in Agile software development ceremonies including standups, sprint planning, and increment planning.
- Collaborate with developers, Scrum Masters, and Product Owners to assess story complexity and establish automated test approaches.
- Design, author, and automated test cases for recurring and regression testing using tools such as Selenium and Katalon Studio.
- Leverage DevOps and CI/CD practices to maintain configuration management and repeatability of test cases.
- Document end-to-end functionality test cases and narratives within JIRA and Confluence.
- Conduct software performance testing and evaluation activities using tools such as JMeter.
- Work within commercial cloud platforms such as AWS to test cases complementary to development efforts.
