This role focuses on developing actionable intelligence, maintaining target continuity, and enhancing analytic tradecraft to support mission objectives. The TDNA will work both independently and collaboratively to identify intelligence gaps, drive collection strategies, and mentor analysts in modern targeting methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Conduct analysis of collection and open-source data to generate actionable insights and leads
- Ensure target continuity by profiling targets, activities, and associated behaviors
- Develop techniques to acquire additional target information and enhance intelligence collection
- Maintain databases supporting targeting, tasking, and analytical efforts
- Build and maintain comprehensive baseline profiles for designated target sets
- Identify intelligence gaps and recommend adjustments to collection strategies
- multiple analytic disciplines, including pattern recognition across communications, network usage, and digital footprints
- Leverage understanding of IC missions, target cultures, behaviors, and communications technologies to inform analysis
- Support development of new analytic methodologies and tradecraft
- Mentor junior analysts on tools, methodologies, and best practices for conducting TDNAQualificationsRequired Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI W/ Polygraph with this Customer.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Intelligence Studies, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 6+ years of experience in SIGINT, cyber analysis, or TDNA-related roles
- Experience analyzing communications, network usage, and digital footprints
- Experience maintaining targeting databases and developing target profiles
- Strong understanding of intelligence collection processes and gap analysis
- Familiarity with IC missions, tools, and analytic methodologies
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsPreferred Qualifications
- Experience mentoring or leading junior analysts
- Experience developing analytic tradecraft or methodologies
- Familiarity with scripting or data analysis tools
- Experience working with multi-source intelligence data and large datasetsSalary RangeUSD $170,000.00
- USD $190,000.
