Job Description
Blue Chip Talent, in partnership with a public-sector technology organization, is seeking a skilled Endpoint Engineer. This role engineers and automates endpoint management for approximately 2,500 workstations, supports secure application connectivity, and improves device provisioning and access processes. The position will also serve as an escalation point for complex endpoint, authentication, and connectivity issues.
Job Duties:
Manage enterprise workstations and endpoint devices across an approximately 2,500-device environment Engineer and improve MDM and enterprise endpoint management solutions Support secure connectivity between endpoint devices and enterprise applications Administer and troubleshoot VPN and secure access technologies Automate device provisioning, configuration, application deployment, access, and recurring endpoint administration Troubleshoot escalated workstation, authentication, connectivity, VPN, and application access issues Support identity and access management technologies, including SSO and MFA Administer and integrate third-party SaaS and enterprise applications as neededRequired Skills:
Must have 3+ years of experience with MDM or enterprise endpoint management platforms Experience supporting VPN and secure endpoint connectivity technologies Experience troubleshooting workstation, network connectivity, authentication, and application access issues Experience with scripting or automation for endpoint administration and deployment Must have 3+ years of experience with identity and access technologies such as SSO, MFA, or directory services Experience with Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) technologies Experience with endpoint management platforms such as JumpCloud, Microsoft Intune, or comparable solutions Experience with secure access technologies such as Tailscale, Cloudflare Zero Trust, Zscaler, or comparable platforms Experience with identity platforms such as Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, or comparable technologies is a plus PowerShell, Python, Bash, API scripting, or similar automation experience Google Workspace or comparable enterprise productivity platform administration SaaS application administration and integration experienceBenefits
