This role is essential to the success of our corporate mobility programs, supporting the full device lifecycle while delivering a high level of service to our clients. Your Role and Responsibilities As a member of the Depot team, you'll be involved in the day-to-day operations that ensure enterprise mobile programs run efficiently.

Key responsibilities include:

Inspecting, validating, and testing mobile devices using internal systems and tools Packing and shipping equipment to and from corporate users Managing outbound logistics across multiple client programs Tracking daily operational metrics and assisting with KPI reporting Preparing devices for compliant recycling through approved partners Participating in routine team meetings focused on process and workflow improvements Maintaining accurate and up-to-date inventory records Communicating with customers by phone and email in a professional, service-oriented manner Updating internal asset management and tracking platforms Completing scheduled outreach and follow-up activities with customers Keeping shipping supplies stocked and maintaining an organized work environment What We're Looking For The ideal candidate brings a mix of technical comfort and strong customer service skills. You'll be successful in this role if you demonstrate: Confidence working with mobile devices and technology Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets for tracking and reporting Clear, professional written communication skills Familiarity with modern smartphones and mobile operating systems A customer-focused approach and strong phone etiquette Awareness of corporate security, compliance, and data handling standards Flexibility in a team-based, evolving environment Willingness to work outside standard hours when business needs require (outside 8:00 AM-5:30 PM ET) Comfort interacting with stakeholders at varying levels of an organization Ability to safely lift and carry items up to 25 pounds Why Saaswedo?
