Job Description:
Collaborate with SME Leaders and Product Engineering. Work closely with Subject Matter Expert (SME) leaders and Product Engineering teams to design systems. Create change identification triggers, develop standards for criteria, and establish approval processes, to minimize complexities and improve profitability. Ensure automated processes and equipment follow environmental regulations and sustainability goals. Promote eco-friendly practices in manufacturing operations, to reduce carbon footprint. Coordinate manufacturing equipment proposals within the region, focusing on new launches, Continuous Improvement (CI), and capacity equipment, to standardize equipment and processes. Implement ideas into efficient automated systems for regional applications. Examine design processes for systems that meet regional operational goals. Create prototypes, conduct quality control and functional tests, and troubleshoot system malfunctions. Monitor performance of applications and machines and write comprehensive reports and guidelines. Manage documentation and provide training to SMEs and operations teams. Collaborate with multiple functional groups within the region.
