About the Position This position is responsible for troubleshooting and maintaining network and communication systems of moderate complexity in assigned organizational areas. A focus on the hardware and software aspects of the security infrastructure estate of the agency is incorporated into this position. Additionally, this position monitors use, capacity, and performance of network systems and makes recommendations for changes. Please note that this position is

What you'll need to be Successful To be successful in this position, you will need excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and exceptional customer service skills. Critical skill sets for this position include: Firewall Administration, Microsoft 365,
Security Administration, Active Directory Administration, SIEM & Observability Tools, Public Key Infrastructure Qualifications:
Requires a bachelor's degree and 5-8+ years of IT experience with emphasis in network infrastructure, operations, and administration.
