Job Description
Job Summary Our client is seeking an experienced Advisor, IT Network Development to support and enhance enterprise network infrastructure with a focus on network automation, Layer 2/Layer 3 technologies, and operational excellence. This role will play a key part in designing, implementing, and optimizing scalable, secure, and highly available networking solutions across data center and campus environments. The ideal candidate brings strong expertise in network engineering, automation frameworks, and troubleshooting, with the ability to drive efficiency through modern network programmability and automation practices while collaborating with cross-functional teams to support critical business operations. Core Responsibilities Design, configure, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure, with a focus on Layer 2/Layer 3 switching technologies Develop and implement network automation solutions to streamline provisioning, configuration, and troubleshooting Manage and optimize network performance, availability, and security across data center and campus environments Automate routine network operations using scripting and orchestration tools Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support network integration and deployment efforts Troubleshoot complex network issues and perform root cause analysis Maintain up-to-date network documentation, diagrams, and operational procedures Participate in change management, incident response, and continuous improvement initiatives Required Skills/Experience (Must-Haves) Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience) 5+ years of network engineering experience Layer 2/Layer 3 switching (VLANs, VRRP, MC-LAG, STP, VTP, PortChannel, and routing protocols such as
