Network / System Engineer#26-05494 Charlotte, NC Pennington, NJ Plano, TX On-site Contract Starts 6/29/2026 Ends 6/28/2027 Job Description Genesis10 is currently seeking a Software Release Manager for a contract position with a Global Financial Institution located in Plano, TX, Pennington, NJ and Charlotte, NC. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity. This role involves planning and coordinating software releases across various products and platforms, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery with minimal disruption. The selected candidate will serve as the central point of contact between engineering, QA, operations, and business stakeholders, balancing technical constraints with business priorities.

Responsibilities:

Develop, maintain, andmunicate detailed release plans, schedules, and go live criteria Coordinate release activities across multiple teams, environments, and deployment streams Manage dependencies, risks, and issues impacting release timelines and quality Facilitate release readiness reviews and go/no go decision meetings Provide clear, timely status updates on release progress, risks, and oues to technical teams and business stakeholders Enforce change management and release governance standards Maintain release documentation and process playbooks Track and report release metrics Identify trends and areas for automation and process improvement

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in software delivery, release management, or related roles ITIL 4 Foundations certification Working knowledge and experience in Service Delivery tools, for Change Management and Problem Management, particularly ITSM Remedy or ServiceNow Strongpetence in Microsoft Office apps, specifically Excel, plus SharePoint Excellent organizational,munication, and stakeholder management skills Proven ability to manage risk, ambiguity, andpeting priorities Desired skills: Project Management experience Microsoft Configuration Manager (SCCM) knowledge Jira experience Proven team player who can workfortably in a multicultural & international environment Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills Process optimization Pay range: $58.31 - $66.31 per hour Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
