Network / System Engineer#26-05225 Charlotte, NC Plano, TX Pennington, NJ On-site Contract Starts 6/29/2026 Ends 6/29/2027 Job Description Genesis10 is currently seeking a Messaging and Collaboration Administrator for a contract position with a Global Financial Institution located in Plano, TX, Pennington, NJ and Charlotte, NC. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity. This role is responsible for maintaining and supporting the enterprise Messaging and Collaboration infrastructure, with a major focus on applications such as Outlook, SharePoint, WebEx, and MS Teams. The ideal candidate will manage the integration of email with other systems like mobile devices and other unifiedmunication technologies in a large-scale, multi-site environment.

Responsibilities:

Administer Messaging and Collaboration user accounts in the enterprise, including creating, modifying, and removing user IDs and maintaining group lists Assume a leadership role in the resolution ofplex technical issues (SME) Consult with application developers on issues related to the impact of applications Coordinate with application developers and project managers to deploy worldwide enterprise solutions/applications, including testing and documentation Provide technical expertise to internal IT groups and provide feedback and rmendations for service level and environment optimization Protect the overall security of the messaging environment through the administration of access control lists and security measures Provide training to users, junior technicians, and other IT personnel

Requirements:

Experience with Microsoft Azure and PowerShell Proficiency with Outlook MS-365, SharePoint administration, WebEx, Skype, and MS Teams Working knowledge of Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange Experience with OneDrive Familiarity with PowerShell usage Knowledge of current Windows operating systems Excellent written and oralmunications skills with a focus on providing quality customer service Ability to work with minimal direction and manage multiple tasks Desired skills: Automation skills to reduce manual activities Proven team player who can workfortably in a multicultural environment Proven ability to work independently, multi-task, and effectively work in aplex environment with a global team structure Strong influencer, facilitator, and collaborator Detail-oriented and organized Pro-active, enthusiastic, flexible, and results-driven with attention to detail Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills Motivation to achieve results and the ability to quickly integrate into teams Pay range: $58.31 - $66.31 per hour Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
