Full Job Description Overview:
A Wireless Optimization Associate is responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and optimizing wireless telecommunications services to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and alignment with client requirements and industry best practices. This role supports the identification of service discrepancies, usage trends, cost-saving opportunities, and inventory accuracy across wireless environments. The position requires a foundational understanding of the telecommunications industry, wireless services, and inventory management principles. Success in this role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, effective problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
Responsibilities:
Conduct detailed investigations into service and asset variances. Validate provisioning and service changes against client requirements, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and improve operational performance. Audit wireless inventories and carrier data to ensure accuracy and identify gaps. Analyze usage trends and carrier billing to surface cost-saving and optimization opportunities. Support lifecycle management activities including activations, upgrades, suspensions, and disconnects. Maintain accurate records of wireless assets, service changes, and optimization actions. May be required to perform additional tasks in support of organizational initiatives, process improvements, or strategic objectives.
Qualifications:
Graduation from High School or High School equivalent. Proven experience in Service Delivery or Customer Support, preferably in a technology or MSP environment. Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with a calm demeanor, maintaining a learner's spirit and a win-win attitude Proven aptitude for continuous learning Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge in using CRM software and tools. •Onsite in Greenville, NC
