Job Description

Summary of Work Manage the agency/school network system, video conferencing and phone system. Maintain, repair and replace technology, audio visual equipment, videoconferencing, and telephone. Research and maintain current agency's information technology plan. Providing technical support in the planning, design, installation, and maintenance of computer workstations and local area network operating systems. Closely work with all departments in meeting their technology and technology training needs. Security camera system monitoring, keeping system up to date and working, and trouble shoot cameras and camera access. Collaborate with Facilities related to equipment installation and wiring. Knowledge or willingness to learn technologies that are Deaf-specific and ability to teach these technologies to staff. Incorporating Artificial Intelligence (AI) into agency/school setting, creating policy, and training teachers/staff. Minimum Qualifications A bachelor's degree in a computer science field and three years of work experience with network system installation and maintenance.
