• Networking Expertise:

• Strong ability to diagnose and resolve network, hardware, software, and peripheral issues (including printers) while following ITILaligned processes.

• Communication & Collaboration:

• Confident, personable professional with strong communication skills, capable of working effectively with internal teams and external vendors.

• The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $60.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
