Meraki Troubleshooting Additional Skills & Qualifications Networking Expertise:

4-5 years of experience working with Cisco and Meraki environments, including MX appliances, routers, switches, VPNs, and core networking concepts such as TCP/IP and DHCP.

Technical Support & Troubleshooting:

Strong ability to diagnose and resolve network, hardware, software, and peripheral issues (including printers) while following ITIL‑aligned processes.

Communication & Collaboration:

Confident, personable professional with strong communication skills, capable of working effectively with internal teams and external vendors. Nice to
