Job Description:
Warehouse Process Engineer Hypertherm Associates is looking for a Warehouse Process Engineer to join our team. This person is responsible for our warehousing and operational processes. It is an exciting opportunity to utilize your manufacturing and project management skills in a Lean, just-in-time environment with a 100% Associate-owned, global company. As the Warehouse Process Engineer, you bring your passion for logistics and will jump right in and help develop and define process layouts which encompass all safety, equipment, and material flow. Using your experience with Lean and Six Sigma practices, regularly seek process improvements and initiatives to improve safety, enhance quality, reduce cost, and increase earnings. Who you are and the experience you bring: Bachelor's Degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, or Mechanical Engineering 4+ years of experience working in a warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution environment with a focus on improving processes and equipment A passion for seeking and delivering process improvements Outstanding collaboration skills, a flexible and friendly approach to working in teams, and the attitude to always strive for the best outcomes Experience with MS Office applications Prior experience with Bill of Materials Preferred experience that differentiates you: Oracle WMS or equivalent
