Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a Load Balancing Network Engineer to design, implement, and support scalable traffic management solutions across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments. This role focuses on ensuring high availability, performance, and reliability of critical applications through effective load balancing and network engineering practices. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in F5 and related technologies, experience working in hybrid cloud environments, and the ability to troubleshoot complex network issues. Key Responsibilities Design, implement, and support load balancing solutions using technologies such as F5 and AVI Lead and support application traffic management initiatives across on-premises, multi-cloud (CSP), and hybrid environments Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to application traffic management platforms Provide shift-based operational support in collaboration with network operations and engineering teams Ensure 24x7 availability and reliability of network services by working closely with business and technical stakeholders Support planned maintenance activities, including evening or weekend work as required Analyze application traffic and optimize performance and load distribution Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance network infrastructure and service delivery Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience Minimum of 5 years of experience in network engineering with a focus on load balancing technologies Experience installing, configuring, and supporting load balancing solutions such as F5 and/or Broadcom AVI Experience supporting hybrid load balancing environments (on-premises and multi-cloud) and cloud-based services (e.g., ALB, GSLB) Hands-on experience with AWS and/or Azure cloud networking Strong understanding of traffic management platforms and networking concepts Proficiency in troubleshooting complex network and performance issues Experience in application traffic analysis Preferred Qualifications Experience with automation tools such as Ansible or Python Experience working in large-scale, enterprise network environments Familiarity with high-availability architectures and disaster recovery planning
