Technical Lead

Job Description

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills Strong knowledge of below mentioned and not limited to
  • Directory Services commands,
  • configuration related to Replication Topology
  • UNIX Shell scripting
  • Oracle Enterprise User Security setup with OUD
  • OUD custom plugins.
  • OUD Rest APIs
  • Performance tuning of OUD and testing.
  • Custom reports with complex LDAP search filters
  • Installation and Patching and architecture of OUD.
  • Directory schema modifications
  • Performing mass user updates
  • Backup and restore OUD data.
  • Setup custom password policy changes
  • Setup custom ACIs, create custom administration groups and users.
  • Working knowledge of Networking (DNS, Load Balancers, OSI model, Firewalls)
  • Hardware performance and capacity commands
  • Troubleshooting issues, search and filter Logs - ability to identify errors/issues Good to have
  • CISSP, CSSP, or Cloud security certification preferred
  • Certifications on Azure, AWS security will be preferred Roles & Responsibilities
  • To work with clients and technical staff to assist in root cause analysis.
  • Analytical skill set and insight for connecting the dots when troubleshooting application issues via error messages, log reviews and anecdotal details provided
Education:
  • Responsibility to provide Day to Day Support of Engineering and Operations activities for Oracle Unified Directory Infrastructure
  • To provide first line of support for Oracle Unified Directory Infrastructure
  • Proactive Monitoring of all OUD environments
  • To fix issues in SWAT/ Incident related calls for IAM related application issues with strict
