  • Primary focus on on-premises infrastructure, especially VMware to Nutanix migrations.
  • Involved in tickets, projects, upgrades, and day-to-day operational tasks.
  • Design, build, and support enterprise environments with both on-prem and hybrid cloud (Azure) components.

  • Monitor and ensure system health, performance, and compliance (SolarWinds, Azure Monitor).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (network, security, DevOps, app dev, cybersecurity).
  • Solve complex troubleshooting issues and lead root cause analysis for major incidents.
  • Provide mentorship, technical guidance, and documentation for infrastructure platforms.
  • Strong focus on automation (PowerShell, Infrastructure as Code), system hardening, vulnerability remediation, and identity protection.
  • Requires 8-12 years hands-on infrastructure experience (not 15-20 years in leadership).
  • Must be proactive, self-driven, and willing to work flexible/off hours as needed.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
Key Technologies Used:
