Develop and configure middleware, adapters, and drivers to connect PLCs, SCADA, MES, ERP and printers. Troubleshoot integration failures, device connectivity, network issues, print/driver problems and application interfacing faults. Plan, test and execute integration changes through change control and release schedules; ensure rollback plans exist. Validate integrations after change; maintain version control and deployment artifacts. Maintain integration designs and interface contracts (message specs, data maps). Train support staff and vendors on integration procedures and recovery steps when needed. Manage technical coordination with equipment manufacturers, MES and Other systems owners. Identify opportunities to reduce manual work, improve reliability and optimize data flows (e.g., centralize print management, queue optimization, caching).

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $111,000 - $130,000 +COLA+ Bonus depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
