Job Description
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
- Expert in implementing, and support Cisco ACI (policy model, contracts, EPGs, fabric troubleshooting).
- Administer and troubleshoot Palo Alto Firewalls including: o Security policies, NAT, routing o VPN (IPSec, site-to-site, remote access) o Panorama management and threat prevention profiles
- Manage and support enterprise wireless networks (Cisco, Aruba, or equivalent), including RF optimization, roaming, and high-density deployments.
- Design, configure, and troubleshoot IPSec VPNs, including third-party interoperability.
- Administer Infoblox DDI (DNS, DHCP, IPAM) including grid management, failover, and automation integration.
- Lead hands-on P1 troubleshooting for complex network issues across Application, LAN, WAN, DC, and security domains.
- Real-time packet capture skills to investigate complex issues during live P1 calls. (Wireshark) Required Technical Skills

TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, VLANs, QoS, multicast Roles & Responsibilities- Troubleshooting the Level 3 and advanced network issues and performing call backs ensuring issues are resolved & appropriate solution is provided to the customer in a high pressure factory environments
- Responsible for investigating causes, tests solutions & suggest solutions in place to reduce the time taken to resolve the network related tickets.
- Manage new and existing equipment, hardware, and network device software upgrades.
- Understanding Network support priorities and objectives and taking an active role in accomplishing them.
- Should be able to lead and drive technically the Operational issues on his own in a high pressure environment engaging multiple stakeholders during live troubleshooting.
- Help level 1 & level 2 resources to address the Network related issues.
- Strong understanding of network routing and switching protocols required.
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills with the ability to communicate complex technical issues in an easy-to-understand manner.
- Resourceful, with the ability to work independently.
- Strong time management skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task activities with shifting priorities.

$95,000- $145,000 a year #LI-CM2
