Description:

AgreeYa is a global Systems Integrator and is seeking an experienced Critical Response Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a critical part in delivering secure, reliable, and automated software deployments by customizing application packages and supporting enterprise patch and vulnerability remediation in a regulated financial environment. Job Responsibilities Manage and coordinate IT incidents, ensuring timely triage and resolution across technical teams. Lead and facilitate bridge calls during high-severity incidents. Compose and distribute clear, accurate incident communications to stakeholders. Prepare detailed Root Cause Analysis (RCA) reports after incident resolution. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive incident resolution and post-incident improvements. Maintain effective communication in high-pressure and fast-changing situations.

Required Skills:

Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 3+ years of experience in ITIL processes and incident management. Proficiency in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and participation in disaster recovery activities. Strong communication skills—both verbal and written. Ability to work well under pressure with broad technical knowledge.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with bridge call control tools. Familiarity with

ITIL/ITSM

platforms. Experience in composing structured, professional incident communications.
