Job Description

Description Seeking an experienced Endpoint Management Administrator to support enterprise endpoint operations in a modern Windows environment. This role is responsible for the deployment, configuration, maintenance, and lifecycle management of endpoint devices using tools such as Microsoft SCCM (MECM) and Microsoft Intune. This position will play a key role in ensuring endpoints are secure, compliant, and up to date while supporting large-scale software deployments, patch management, and operating system provisioning. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in endpoint administration along with a focus on automation and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer and support SCCM (MECM) and Microsoft Intune environments
  • Package, deploy, and manage applications across the enterprise
  • Execute and manage patch management cycles to ensure device compliance
  • Support operating system deployment (OSD) and device provisioning (Autopilot)
  • Enforce endpoint security policies and compliance standards
  • Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts and automation workflows
  • Monitor endpoint health and troubleshoot deployment or system issues
  • Provide Tier 3 support for complex endpoint-related incidents
  • Maintain documentation and generate reporting on deployments and compliance metrics
  • 3-7 years of experience in endpoint or systems administration
  • Strong hands-on experience with:
  • Microsoft SCCM (MECM)
  • Microsoft Intune
  • Windows 10/11 administration
  • Software packaging and deployment
  • Patch management (SCCM, WSUS, or Intune)
  • Advanced PowerShell scripting experience (automation, functions, error handling)
  • Experience troubleshooting endpoint, deployment, and device management issues

Additional Skills & Qualifications Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Autopilot and modern device provisioning
  • Familiarity with Azure AD / Entra ID
  • Experience with Microsoft Defender for Endpoint
  • Background in Group Policy (GPO) management
  • Experience with reporting and endpoint analytics tools
  • Exposure to APIs such as Microsoft Graph Nice to Have (Differentiators):
  • Experience leveraging AI or automation tools to improve endpoint operations
  • Ability to identify and automate repetitive tasks
  • Experience building scalable automation for deployments, patching, and reporting
  • Understanding of endpoint compliance automation and remediation Experience Level Intermediate Level Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Marysville, OH. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $42.00
  • $52.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
